WHAT WE DO

Consillion is a global and independent provider of cash management solutions designed to help businesses minimise costs and eliminate inefficiencies around cash. 

We supply a broad range of fit-for-purpose cash automation solutions either sourced by leading technology partners or designed and manufactured at our dedicated production facility in the UK. We offer a complete portfolio including self-service devices, smart safes, back office and front of store recycling systems, cash counters and sorters, and software solutions to businesses across banking, retail, hospitality, gaming, and cash in transit around the world. 

Our independence, experience and customer-focus are the three main drivers of our success; we don’t find customers for our solutions, we find solutions for our customers. Once we understand our customers’ specific needs, we leverage our key global strategic partnerships and in-house R&D department to find or create the perfect solution for any application. 

Consillion headquarters are in Sydney, Australia, with operations across the UK, Europe, and Southeast Asia. Our solutions are also deployed internationally via a network of certified distributors and service partners.

MARK PRICE

Managing Director

Mark joined Consillion in February 2020, having spent the previous 10 years within the cash service industry. Previously he has held leadership roles at G4S and Cardtronics, as well as an independent consultant, helping shape the market amid a changing payment landscape.

DAVID TEW

Executive Director

David is a director of Consillion and has worked at the company for nearly 40 years.  With an extensive career in the global financial service industry, he has been responsible for directing the company’s commercial activities into new territories and broadening the client base with a range of self-service pay-in and change solutions.

LAURA COOPER

Finance & Operations Director

Laura joined Consillion as Interim Finance Director in early 2019 and was appointed to a permanent role later the same year.  Prior to joining Consillion, Laura held a range of leadership roles in small and mid-sized divisions of listed businesses in the manufacturing sector including nearly 10 years in food manufacturing. Laura has over 15 years’ experience as a chartered accountant and holds a Bachelor of Arts.

ANDY MITCHELL

Head of Engineering

Starting as a Software Engineer over 25 years ago, Andy directs our R&D and Software Developments and works closely with Production and Service every day. Andy and his broader team embody our unique Solution Design service, with new bespoke solutions created in as little as six months from inception to deployment.

Sales Manager - Banking

Patrick has been working within the ATM Community for over 15 years and is a respected figure by many of the world’s largest Banks and Financial Institutions.  A tenaciously talented communicator and customer driven individual, Patrick has a wealth of product and service knowledge which has earned him the respect from many organisations across Europe.

COLIN PATERSON

Sales Manager - Retail

David is a director of Consillion and has worked at the company for nearly 40 years.  With an extensive career in the global financial service industry, he has been responsible for directing the company’s commercial activities into new territories and broadening the client base with a range of self-service pay-in and change solutions.

JAMIE CROUCH

Sales Executive - Retail

Jamie joined Consillion in October 2020 as a Business Development Manager/Sales Executive on the retail side of the business. He previously spent 2 years at G4S and has over 10 years experience selling to the retail & hospitality sectors in the UK.

ANTHONY STAPLES

Account Manager

Anthony joined the company in 2011 in a sales support role and has since collected considerable experience in self-service banking equipment and projects. Now an Account Manager, Anthony works closely with all business departments to deliver effective solutions and customer service to Financial Institutions, .

ABOS REYHANi

Service Manager

Abos joined the Consillion team in July 2021 bringing with him 15 years of industry experience, strong customer focus and a can-do attitude. With his industry roots as an ATM engineer, Abos has successfully occupied technical, operational, and commercial positions with Sunwin Services Group and Cardtronics, giving him a rounded understanding of all aspects of the automated banking industry.

GIULIA GABET

Group Marketing Manager

Giulia started working for the Australian side of the business as a Marketing consultant in 2014. Since then, her role has grown along with our business and brand.  She now manages a small international team and takes care of our branding and marketing activities across all divisions and markets, working closely with sales, operations, senior management, suppliers and distributors.
