It is important for us to have all the information at the moment of logging a call, so we kindly request that you fill all the required fields marked with an asterisk (*). In order to attend your machine with the right tools and spare parts, we require model name and serial number. In addition to that, we would appreciate if you could please specify the nature of the issue you’re having with your machine.
