The first available operator will get your voicemail and decide whether the information you provided is enough to log a service call, or we need further information in order to brief Technical Support on the nature of your breakdown.

Order Spare Parts
During its lifecycle, your machine will endure general wear and tear due to usage. In most circumstances, your machine will return to optimal function when fitted with new parts.
You can now order spare parts by filling the form enclosed.
If you’re not sure how to call the spare part that you’re looking for, just do your best at describing it or just take a picture of it and attach it to your request.
Our Spare Parts Specialists will identify the part and call you back to advise on pricing and availability.
If the part you are enquiring about is in stock, we’ll send it to your designated address within the next 1-2 business days.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification with a dispatch number. You can expect your parcel to arrive within 2-3 business days if you are in a metro area, and 3 or more if you are in a regional area.
Please be reassured that we only stock original spare parts, which are covered by a 1-year warranty.
